Chili Con Carne

The foundation of your chili con carne starts with quality ground beef, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning to bring out its natural flavors. Ingredients
1 kilo of Beef mince
1 tbsp butter
5 sliced onions
1.6 kilos of diced tomato’s in a can
4 cans of red kidney beans
2 jars of jalapenos
2 bulbs of garlic
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Chicken or beef stock powder
2 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp Paprika
1 cup of Dried chili flakes (only add as much spice as you can handle)

Directions
Turn on the slow cooker to heat up, then you will need to put in all the diced canned tomato, 3 of the 4 cans of kidney beans, and the one and a half of the jars of jalapenos in, then stir it in well and close the lid.
Dice the onion into slices, and then cook on a hot pan until translucent then add some of the butter.
in the slow cooker you are going to want to slowly put the seasoning in, first place your dried chilis, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and chicken stock.
Cut up the garlic cloves into fine pieces and dump into the pot.
Cook the mince on a pan once cooked all the way through, put into the pot to slowly cook.
Allow to cook for 12-15 hours to get a cook texture and flavor, add the final can of kidney beans and jalapenos, serve with sour cream and rice and enjoy!
